Appointments

Patients are typically seen by appointment. To schedule an appointment, please call 843-847-3470 during regular business hours. Our administrative staff will help you determine if you, or your family member, qualify as a patient that could benefit from physician visits being carried out in the home or assisted living facility.

Office Hours

We are in the office Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm.
We are closed for lunch from 12 Noon - 1:00pm.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise. If we are seriously delayed, we attempt to notify patients beforehand.

After Hours & Emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, Dial 911. However, if you need after hours advice for a medical concern, please call 843-847-3470 and our answering service will assist you.
